Documents required to transfer your Boat Fishing Decal to another boat:

• A copy of your temporary or permanent registration card for the new boat
  to which you are transferring your Potomac River Sport Fishing Decals.
   

• A check or money order for $10.00 made payable to Potomac River Fisheries Commission.
   

• A completed and signed Potomac River Sport Fishing License Application,
  including the new boat information.
   

• The paper copy of your Potomac River Sport Fishing Boat License and both decals containing the serial numbers.

Walk-in Service:

Same day walk-in service is available at the Commission Office, 222 Taylor Street, Colonial Beach, VA.(804) 224-7148 or (800) 266-3904; Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30 pm
